If the essence of the Aosta Valley could take form, it would be that of the Saint-Ours Fair.<\/p>\n

An event that has survived for thousands of years, guardian of granite-like traditions, solid as the mountains.
\nThe Fair is the crisp air, filled with dialect and solemn songs; the intense aroma of mulled wine; the cheerful chatter of those crossing the city in celebration, and the calloused hands of artisans.<\/p>\n
